As you can see from the title of the album, this album contains the piano concerto No. 3 and Bartok's piano concerto No. 2 by Prokofiev, the leading composer of the 20th century. The Philharmonic participated in this recording.
The Deluxe Edition includes a video of Prokofiev's Piano Concerto No. 3 and 1 movement with Simon Rattle and the Berlin Philharmonic, as well as some videos from his documentary DVD [The Highest Level] released in November and a behind-the-scenes recording of the album. It is composed additionally.
