M2U Record Product Defects and Missing Items' Guidelines.


1. After receiving the product, please take an unboxing video to check for defects and omission. (within 7 days)

    *Specialties and albums (components) can only be exchanged with unboxing videos.*

     *If you leave time for the problematic part after filming the unboxing video, you can process it faster.*

     *Exchange is possible only when the quantity of components is confirmed.*


2. Please fill out the form along with the unboxing video through the 'M2U Record' KakaoTalk channel and apply for the exchange application.  

    *Please use the 'M2U Record' KakaoTalk channel even if it is more inconvenient than call reception.*

 

3. The exchange application form is as follows.

    [Exchange request form] Order name, contact information, order number, defect and omission contents + *Unboxing video attached*



* If you don't have an unboxing video or an edited unboxing video, you can't accept it.

* From the time of receipt of the product, it is essential to take a picture of the parcel box (in case of damage to the box and album) 

and the product (in case of defects and omission of components in the album) at once.

  (At the time of initial shooting, the waybill should be visible and there should be no incision on all sides of the box)

* Defects and omissions can only be received within 7 days of receipt of the product.
